Cone Health MyChart – Login to Cone Health Patient Portal
Cone Health is pleased to announce we are now offering you access to your Cone Health Urgent Care medical records through Cone Health MyChart, this means that you now have convenient online access to your health records at any time.
The Cone Health MyChart Patient Portal is a handy and powerful tool that fosters patient engagement by allowing your patients to perform a variety of functions all designed to save provider time and increase patient engagement and satisfaction. It directly connects you to portions of your electronic medical record and bill payment online.
Cone Health MyChart Features
To better connect the care experience for our patients, Cone Health has recently enhanced our electronic health record capabilities. MyChart offers you online access to all of your Cone Health records – both in the hospital and from your physician’s office. With Cone Health MyChart, you can:
- View your test results.
- Communicate with your provider.
- Request prescription refills and manage your appointments—all from the convenience of your laptop or mobile device.
- Pay your bills online.
- Access your family’s records and link accounts. You can check appointments, and vaccination records, manage your child’s care, and more.
- Connect with other MyChart accounts, including your Cone Hospital account and accounts from other health systems, to provide a complete picture of your health.
If you have been seen by Cone Health Urgent Care provider, you can create a new Cone Health MyChart account. Screenings and visits from the last three years—including labs and imaging from our previous patient portal—will be transferred to your new account.
Cone Health MyChart Login
Use of the Cone MyChart Login portal requires a compatible mobile device or computer, internet access as well as possible software. To access your account, follow the steps below.
- Go to the Cone MyChart Login page.
- Enter your MyChart username and password in the spaces provided and click Sign In.
- For First-time users: Click the “Sign Up” button above the User Login form. A signup screen will display.
If your primary care physician is with a different organization, please continue to access your non-Cone-related records through their existing systems/portals.
How to Reset Your Username or Password
If you’re having trouble logging in, click the “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?” link below the log in fields for assistance. You will go through two-step verification to verify your identity so you can recover your username or password.
How to Download the Cone Health MyChart App
Cone is pleased to announce we are now offering you access to your medical records through Cone Connect MyChart. MyChart puts your health information in the palm of your hand and helps you conveniently manage care for yourself and your family members.
You can access your Cone Health account, by downloading the Epic MyChart app and selecting Cone Health as your organization. Go to the Cone MyChart App page to download it for your Android or iOS.
