Cone Health is with you – wherever you are on your health and wellness journey. That care and support now extends to our new MyConeHealth mobile app. With the myConeHealth app, you can:

• Send a message to your provider.
• Schedule appointments for your family.
• Connect to virtual care.
• Request a cost estimate.
• Find a Cone Health provider.
• Get information on Cone Health services
• Navigate to Cone Health locations.
• Find your way on our campuses (wayfinding).
• Read health and wellness information.
• Manage your Sagewell Health & Fitness membership.

You can use this app in guest mode or connect it to your Cone Health MyChart account for full functionality.

How To Download MyConeHealth Mobile App

You can access your Cone Health account, by downloading the Epic MyChart app and selecting Cone Health as your organization. Copy the link below to your browser to download it for your Android or iOS.
